Still at 222 - no loss for this week. At least I did not gain. Mid week I was looking like I might lose 2-3 pounds but I scale bounced back up. I got my monthly suprise yesterday so this might be the reason I had my chocolate attack on Thrusday.

Overall the week went well. One day I was over 800 calories (chocolate attack) and one other day I was over 200 calories but I was really hungry and they were healthy extra calories. My jeans are fitting better too so I am pretty content over...

Friday was a crazy busy day. Last night was our BL workout session. It was a great workout. Clara did great again. She never gave up. She says it is OK but she is glad she is exercising. She has not started writing down her food yet. I just told her it was a good idea but I don't want to be too pushy. The BL weigh in for our team is Monday so we will see how we do.

The scale poped back up for me...bummer was 222.5 this morning. Thursday night I had crazy sweet cravings that I gave in...

Green check yesterday! I am liking the green check trend. My body likes it too.

Yesterday was supposed to be my day off from exercise but they were predicting a little snow storm to come through this morning. Today was my big tempo run day. The run was

2 mile warm up
2 mile tempo 3 minute break and then another 2 mile tempo run
2 mile cool down run.

Green check yesterday, running workout was hill sprints and this morning 220! Just a week ago I was 226. I am so happy. Just a week ago I was 226. Logging those calories makes a big difference. I do eat back some of my exercise calories, usually half. I will continue to do that until I stop losing!

Clara said she was a little sore but not too bad. food wise I saw her portioning out everything. She plans on doing the elliptical today. I am proud of her!

Had our first BL workout. It was a lot of fun. PT had sandbags. 2 people would do strength training drills using the sandbags while the other 2 would do cardio and then we would switch. I did not think I would like working out with 3 other people but it actually was pretty motivating. I was so proud of my daughter. It was tough for her but she did not give up.

The only negative is that I am the fittest person (funny, I weigh the most) so I get less attention because everyone needs m...
