I have to honestly say that the past 4 days have not been my best eating wise. Work has been very busy lately, home is busier getting ready for the holidays and it is approaching that time of the month for me......I have been having a hard time staying away from sweets. The scale is not budging for me. It is OK though. I am feeling pretty darn good. I am still logging everything and I am getting the green checks BUT I need to reduce the sugar and sodium. My motivation is still very high. My legs and glutes have finally loosened up from my running drills workout! For 2 days I had to use the handicapped stall in the restroom because I need the bar to help me get u and down.

For 4days I logged every morsel I put into my mouth (even Saturday and Sunday) and I had green checks all 4 days but the scale bounced back up to 218 this morning.

I am not too worried about it as I feel great and am so glad how well I am doing this December. My motivation is still hight to lose weight this month and not settle for maintaining.

2 days of weighing in, in the moring AND loggin all my food. Back down to 216. Confirms what I need to do to see 213 this month!

I am enjoying my 3 days of week of running right now. It is a nice break and am liking the cross training I am doing.

Well poo......218 this morning. I am back where I started at the beginning of the month. Sigh.....

BUT, the good thing is, I know exactly what I need to do to see 214 again. The past 2 weeks I have not been weighing myself daily AND I have not been logging all my food.
