Running 3 hours, 15 miles in the rain this morning.....felt AWESOME!!! my best long run yet. I felt great the entire time, improved my long run pace. My great friend Denise joined me for the last 8 miles. We even had a little foot race at the end. I needed this to boost my confidence. I guess I should stop think evil things about my running coach....

I just need to make sure I drink Tons of water today.

I LOVE fall weather! Had the best 4 mile jog I have had in a LONG time. I kept having to slow down to be at the right pace. I eeded to be careful because of my big run tomorrow....cannot burn out my legs today. I sure needed that feeling. I don't even feel like I exercised this morning.

Another great thing about yesterday. Put on a pair of Jeans for the first time this fall. Of course I still have anxiety when I have not worn something for a couple of months. My Jeans were loose! ...

No working out today! It was nice to wake up this morning and have to walk the dogs. Yesterday evening during my personal training session my trainer cut my the workout short (this has never happened to me before) He made it more of a therapy session - good stretching and ART work, he is also my Chiropractor.

I guess he saw something in my that made him think I needed a break. In my mind I know he was right but it is so hard not to feel like I failed.....so stupid to think that way. I...

Yesteday I had to run 6 miles at marathon pace. The run went well. I was a little worried because I usually do my running in the morning before work but because of the thunder and lightening in the morning I had to wait until the evening. It was perfect running weather, a little windy but I will take it over 100 degree weather. I was able to keep the pace the entire time! It felt so good to run a little faster. Scale making progress after my weekend get away...back to 219. Hopefully the trend will continue! My motivation is much better now.

Yesterday ran 6 miles and have to run 6 miles today at marathon race pace. Was going to do it this morning but had storms this morning. It is just raining now so hopefully it will slow down so I won't have a soggy jog this afternoon.

Over all things are pretty good. My running coach was happy with my half marathon time, since I did not taper, he sai...
