Yesterday was pretty good nothing too exciting, just the usual. Did a TRK class, got a green check yesterday

This morning I was down a pound, back in the teens, 219, yeah. This morning did my 4 mile jog. The weather was great and it should be good all week too. Nice that I have my workout done for the day. Will go to the Chiro to work on my tight IT band.
Not much else to report right now. It will be a busy day at work. Hope everyone has a great day....

I did it! I ran 14 miles on Saturday! I felt pretty good the entire time. I took it really slow to make sure I could complete the run. Finishing this gave me a lot of confidence for my training schedule.
I am especially happy because my body is not hurting very much. Just a little throbbing yesterday but today I feel great and actually feel like I want to run again!
Overall it was a very good week of eating and exercising. I logged all my food except for Saturday evening. I ha...

Yesterday got a green check! Was happy with that because I spent the day with my daughters at Six Flags. We packed our own lunch (too expensive to eat at the park) and on the way home we got a small ice cream treat.
Yesterday I had a 4 mile run and I felt tired the entire time. This morning I had another 4 mile run and it felt much better, it was humid though.

Yesterday was a pretty good day. Green check and the scale stayed steady at 217, it was nice to see 2 days on a row.
I am taking today and tomorrow off to hang with my daughters. I am working from home a little and then we are picking up some friends and heading to Six Flags.

I am alive! Just completed my last speed work session with Big River Running Company. It was a great experience. Did not PR the final 5k
.I was just happy that I survived running in 102 degree weather (114 heat index at 7pm).
There are about 5 woman that I usually run around. they started out so fast. I decided to run between a 10:30-10:45 pace. I worked hard at keeping my pace slower. I am so glad I did. the other gals ended up having to walk and I ended the running a 10:43 average ...
