I really really like the Yoga and strength training on the Wii Fit Plus. I can tell the difference from just working out on the treadmill. I can also feel the places in my torso and back where the muscles are weak. I was a little sore today. 30 minutes for yoga and 30 minutes of strength training a day makes a huge difference. Today marks the first week of my " life plan" Things are better....as long as I am not out an about looking at food I'm fine. A trip to the grocery store is hard because there are so many temptations. I don't really crave sugar but I absolutely LOVE fruit. Any kind of fruit. Today they had brought out some of the some luscious green grapes. Looking at them makes me thirsty and all I could think about was how juicy they looked.Monday, February 21st 2011

So remember when I talked about the word "diet" and how I hated it's usage. I didn't know what to call this journey I'm on. I obviously can't be on a diet because a "diet" isn't permanent and this thing is for ever. This is my life, and it's my plan so it's my life plan. It still sounds corny..but it's the best I can come up with.
