Winter, I know, I don’t have to say any more. We got another storm last night, snow and freezing rain and school canceled again for the girls. I can handle the snow but what I am really getting tired of is the Wind!!!! It just hurts when you step out the door.
Luckily I have been able to get in all my runs in outside. I will do anything to not have to run on the treadmill. Running has been going very well. Unfortunately, this past Sunday training team was cancelled because of freezing...

14!!!! That is a size of 2 dresses I bought over the weekend. It is such a nice but strange experience. Jason and I decided that we need to out on a date for Valentine's day. NOTE, I will not go out on actual valentines day because it is just too over crowded. We decided to go out this Saturday. Me and one of my best friends went shopping. It was so much fun. There was a large dressing room and we just tried on clothes together, I put on a dress, size 16, I was thinking that it would barely fit....

Things are going pretty good so far. Last Sunday was the first day of training team to start preparing for the Spring half and full marathons. I am training for a half marathon at the end of April. It was a pretty overwhelming experience. I had not seen a lot of the team member since October. Everyone was very nice and complimentary of my weight loss but it was just so many people all at once just amazed at the change, honestly it was a very overwhelming and made me cry on the way home. Happy Friday. Hopefully I just completed my last treadmill workout for a while! Since we had Snowmageddon on Sunday I have had to do all my runs on the treadmill. I don't know how people do it. Today we are going to get a lot of rain and then this weekend it is going to be in the 40s and 50s and all next week. I cannot wait to get on the roads again, I do not know how people do most of their training on a treadmill.

Still in Onderland, whew. After my declaration of being in wonderland, it was my fear that yesterday was one of those quick drops on the scale but then goes back up the next day. When I stepped on the scale this morning, I went ahead and placed the chunk in the 200 slot and the scale dropped hard, that was a good thing to see. This morning I was 198.5, even better.

In the past I would have used a loss as an excuse to eat more. But this time I was motivated to keep the scale under 200 ...
