Yesterday was an OK emotional day BUT I logged ALL my food and stayed in the 1,800ish Calorie Range....I feel good about that. After work I was tired and still a little sick but I did workout. Did very light cardio for 20 minutes and then a TRK class....love it. I think the exercise helped get things moving in my head.
This morning jogged 3.5 with my neighbor....it felt OK. I am tired. It will feel good tonight that my exercise is done for the day.
I am going to suggest a family...

Lots up ups and downs for me.
I am still holding on to this cold. I am getting better but it is zapping the energy out of me.
I did my 10K this weekend, sick and all, I ROCKED my pace!!! My best time for 5 miles was a 10:46 mile average pace. The 10K, 6ish miles, I did a 10:29 pace and it was the hilliest route I ever ran. I was sooo happy! I felt Aweful after the race but for 1 hour and 4 minutes I felt like I could conquer anything. While I was running I was thinking....I wish ...

I am finally feeling a little better. I think I am going to jog for the first time tomorrow morning. I have not exercised since last Thursday, since I got this aweful cold. My body was just not up to it and I listened to it!
This week, since I have not been able to exercise (and I miss those extra exercise calories!), I have been focusing on my eating. I am documenting everything and I have been staying in the 1,800 calorie range....I should be in the 1,600 calorie range but I am hungry...

Last Wednesday, Thursday and Friday I took off work to have spring break with my daughters ages 9 and 13. We had a great time. We did not travel anywhere....just did stuff around town. I did not document any of these days. There is a part of me that wishes I would have and there is a part of me that was like....this was my vacation. Thursday morning I ran 5 milles and hit my personal best in time (4 seconds off!!!) I was so happy.

Yesterday was a good day. Not a green check. I did have a cookie that put me over but I am OK with it. I had a great workout yesterday. Did interval training on the treadmill and was able to go faster than I ever have on the hill intervals. It felt great. Then durning my workout with Scott (personal trainer) I was strong the entire time, I just felt great. Well that feeling continued today. The scale was very nice 222.75! Wow, last week it was 229!
