Whew this weekend was busy and so was yesterday and I did not make time to blog. today is my weigh in day and I was down another 2 pounds! I have to admit after the 4 pound loss last week there was a little "that's all" BUT I do realize those first 4 were probably mostly water weight. I will definately take the 2 pounds.

Yesterday was a crazy busy day and did not have time to log.....well I chose not too.....needed to get a lot done at work and did not get home until 8:45 and went straight to bed
Yesterday was a great day....another green check for me and a great workout at the gym. Interval training on the treadmill and then a circuit training class. I am using my heart rate monitor to help me get a more acurate calorie burn and I think it is working. I was down another pound this morning! 222....I now...

I has been a busy day today! Did not have time to blog this morning.
I had a good day yesterday. I was over by 224 Calories but in the evening I was hungry so I ate a little more. after that I just drank hot tea. I am feeling good because I am listening to my body. I was a pound down from yesterday.....it was 223 this morning! I will take it.

I had a great week overall! Lost 4 pounds. I am very happy with that. I don't like to re lose weight that I already lost BUT....what choice did I have.
My motivation is still very high. I documented everything I ate. I had 3 days in the red....one only 40 calories, 1 day over 1,000 calories and one day about over 300......
Documenting everything I ate again gave me great perspective again.....and probably explains why I was losing and gaining the same 6-8 pounds the past 4 months...

Yesterdy was a pretty good day. Only mistake was while I was out to dinner with my friends I ordered a small dessert from Applebee's it was one of those shooters.....OMG 450 calories for one of those tiny things. Luckly I was getting full and I did not end up eating the entire thing. I was so glad I did not. I was over my calories for the day yesterday but i am OK with that BECAUSE I stopped eating when I was full and I was satified with leaving the dessert. This is a new thing for me.
