Sunday, September 6th 2009well, I am kind of hanging at just under 155 +/-. I want to get back on the road and get it under 150 and then on to 147. But it's just not time yet. I'm tired of 1200 calories, which means you have to be pretty intentional about eating your calories without much extra--even a large piece of fruit can seem to put a wrinkle in a plan. I have what DH calls free floating anxiety--about exercise as we go into fall and winter, about maintaining, about just preserving my current success. Sigh.
