SO made it through a day and stuck to my plan pretty well. Hurray.
I think boredom or being stuck is the main reason I eat.
My goal is to be more aware of what I eat and why.

Well here I am. I weigh 153#. It's not horrible. I fit most of my skinny clothing. I exercise. But slowly and subtly, my eating habits are eroding. I've tried the food diary and I've not been able to sustain it.
Inch by inch. I'm losing it.
So here's the deal. I'm going to try to do my food diary.
And I'm going to try to ask myself: Why do you want to eat? I know the answers. All too often it's boredom. It's not hunger.
So to ask the question. Drink water. Delay...
