just feeling great today!! been taking a little 10 minute walk the last couple nights after dinner & am trying to make it a habit!! 10 minutes in nothing but still better than hitting the recliner after dinner!! lol!!! lost a few lbs & am hoping to make it work!! best of luck to each of u today & everyday!!! xoxoxo
