well today was weigh in and wow!!! I LOST 12 LBS IN THE LAST 2 WKS!!!!! i knew i would do well because i followed the meal plan EXACTLY!!! i have to say i wasn't hungry or craving sweets which for me is a miracle in itself!!! i thought without having a single sweet other than protein bars when required (in case u call that a sweet, lol, i don't but the closest i get to sweets) i would be dying for a cake or cookie or candy but i'm not!!! i have eaten all day everyday as my diary shows and walked 10 outta 12 nights on the treadmill at just 1.3 mph for one hour and voila!!!!! i can only pray that i can keep on track!!! i even told the coach i'd b drinking with my cousin this w/e and he just said drink liquor if u can preferably vodka or gin and no sweet mixers and you'll be fine!!!!! i love this guy!!!!! well so far so good!!!! hope ur all as happy today as i am!!! for any reason!!!! being happy burns calories i think......... or i choose to think!!! have a really gr8 night and more soon!!! :-)

Please tell me about your Atkins shakes and bars. Can you get them at the market or from a specialty store. Can you freeze the shakes a bit? Looks like you have them a little every day. I need something quick like that.
