when i first started on ck, i would see post of people who had been on here for years and had only lost 10 or 20 lbs and thought to myself how could it take that long to lose so little weight?? well i found out!!! i have been here for years and had lost along with what i lost just before starting, lost 95 lbs and felt great, then it happened, yet again, starting with tasting for cakes and caterers for my daughters wedding and the downhill spiral began!! next thing i know 4 yrs later i'm as big as i've ever been, 329.8 and just about having to be a contortionist to clean myself properly!! it was a project to put on tie shoes and socks!! i watched my weight creep up and kept eating....again!! getting ready to have surgery for a rotator cuff already i fell in october and hurt my leg. a simple fall, had i not weighed over 300 probably wouldn't have been nearly as damaging but regardless my surgeon i've know 10 yrs told me about a health and fitness coach he had met. he and his wife were seeing him (the dr is a marathon runner?? i thought what weight to lose??) but i respect him and he knew i was miserable at that weight, he could see it in my demeanor!! wow!! the coach set me up on a 3 day eating pattern which i have explained basically in a previous post if your interested and i will begin posting again for the next 30 days to give you an idea of my eating. this plan has worked well for me when counting calories alone just didn't do it for me! i have lost 60 lbs WITHOUT EXERCISING!!!! due to 2 surgeries and an injury i have done little to no exercise and still have lost the weight!! he wants me to do 1 hr a day on the treadmill at a very set heart rate which even at the over 300 i was able to do!! i have started back yesterday and hope to see the results i'm getting already, move up a step!! with this plan i was worried about the high cal high fat days because i eat soooo much fat that day and had been told last yr by my dr that if i didn't change my cholesterol, i would need to take medication. i have had my blood work done twice on this plan, once when i started and last month again and was told my cholesterol was GOOD!!!! :-) i feel like a new person and hope that in sharing this it may help some of you as well!! on this plan we eat every 2.5-3 hrs, 5-7 times a day, your never hungry for long, you eat everyday regular food! we go out to eat regularly and have no problem ordering anywhere!! there is no sugar on this plan and i'm a sugar eater but with the supplement chromium and the atkins candies and treats we can eat on high cal day twice a week, i find this do-able!!! i pray for each of us to hit our stride and make our dreams of getting more fit and healthy come true!!

I am so happy for you.... I can tell you are having such success with this plan and you are enjoying it. This is your time to shine and you sure are.
