Another puppy was adopted! All puppies were adopted from this litter except for our girl Liza. Hopefully next weekend she will find her forever home. With just 1 puppy it is easier to have her in the "general community." Our non foster babies are getting used to having a puppy around them more often.

Yesterday's eating was not good. I was pretty hungry after that temp run. I did great until I left from work. I had to work late and did not get home until 7pm and the girls wanted to go out to eat. They just put in a Wendy's close to home. I know they have healthier options but I really wanted a hamburger. You know what, I cannot find a fast food hamburger that is really worth the calories and fat but had not had a Wendy's burger in a long time and it was not worth it to me either. I did...

Yesterday was a good day. Right on with calories and the only nutrient that was too high was sodium. Even with that the scale showed another tiny loss again. The best about yesterday is that I did not stress about food. Everything felt so natural could this finally be a lifestyle for me?

This morning was crazy tempo morning. I had to do a 2 mile warm up and then 5 sets - 1 mile at half marathon pace. I did OK. I hit the pace right (actually faster than need, my pace should be 10:40)...

Yesterday ended up being pretty good.

Had a PT with new trainer last night and it is going well, I think Georgette is really going to help me reach my goals. We are building a good relationship. My daughters came to the gym with me last night and worked out as well. I love that we are going as a family. Now if I could just get my hubby to join me!

Nutrition was pretty good. 2 workouts=hungry. I had to eat back some exercise calories last night. I gave myself about an hour afte...

Tuesday, January 29th 2013

Yesterday was a very good day nutrition wise, stayed in calorie and nutrient range. Monday is my day off exercise (even though I took the weekend off), I decided to keep my same workout schedule for this week.

The scale was super nice to me this morning 233! On Jan 14th I was 237.25. I hope to to maintain that loss this week. I am just focusing on getting out of the 230s.

I did finally decide to not use CalorieKing to log my food anymore. I did like the idea of logging my food...
