well bak from vacation 8 lbs heavier!! dam it!! lol!!! i only expected 5 lbs!!! 2days my birthday so no cal counting but bak to the grindstone 2mro!! i want to b really upset with myself but i kno from all the cal counting that within the month i will b bak to the 242 and moving down the scale!!! i have made some resolutions for this new yr & my weight control & even gave my niece a membership 2 ck for Christmas as she requested after watching my success (which is not wat i wd like but 47 lbs down is still 47 lbs down!!) lol!! vacations r killing me!! had birthday cake 2day & lobster po' boys for dinner then bak at it 2mro!!! i love calorie king and all the gr8 people here!! amanda, patti, jan i sooo depend on u guys more than u kno!!!! i look up 2 u all & have gotten so much encouragement & motivation from u all!! happy happy new yr & much continued success to u all!! xoxoxoxo
