just wen i thought i was doing a little better 2day... i ate veggie lo mein last nite cuz my man was sick & he is our cook! i thought i wd give him a break & order us food. he wanted lo mein & i was going to eat some shrimp & wht rice, i figured with plenty of cals left i cd just do lo mein & i wasn't feeling gr8 so didn't eat alot....600 cal's!!!!!!!! dam it!!! lol!! i will kno better nxt time!! had i felt better i wd have hooked up the laptop & checked the cal's first but i didn't!!!! hey even 1750 is better than the 3-5,ooo i was doing on vacation!! 2 protein shakes, some turkey & an egg for 2day ohhh & a rice krispie treat!! 2nite i will b more careful even though rob will not b cooking as he is still sick!! gotta get that 8 lbs bak off!! hope everyone is getting bak to good eating i mean for those of us who had a hard time or just didn't care during the holidays!!! wen i go on vacation i eat wat i want & i kno wen i get back home i will just start counting again & i do!!! remember no one is good all the time!!! don't b tooooo toooo hard on urselves......it seems to me to b much harder to tell myself i will never eat icing again wen i kno that simply just isn't tru!!! but i won't & can't eat it on a regular basis!!! i don't plan it but wen i want something badly enuff i have it!! i count it & i log it but i have it!!! if we eat good most of the time that is enuff to do the trick!! some may have success never eating their fav's for food ever again but it just doesn't work for me!! we all have different food preferences & different ways that work for us!! IT'S ALL IN THE CALORIES!!! less cals in than out that's all!!! have a gr8 wk all & remember b kind 2 urself!!! xoxo
