bad day yesterday running around all day and def not prepared with food! today got out the scale and weighed and measured out food for traveling through the week including lunches and snacks! i will do this!!!!! :-) now to set up the polaris!!! :-)

a gr8 day off to do my lllloooonnnnnggggg overdue nails both hands and feet!! :-) then eye exam followed by getting to do some lllllooooonnnnnggggg overdue finishing of Christmas ...... yes i sd Christmas decoration packing up! lol! btwn traveling and the surgery and the boot afterwards haven't gotten all of it off the patio! lol! also gotta pack up all the winter clothing from the ski trip! wow!! some cal's should go there! :-) struggling with the cals but much better than the last 2 months so ...

one more day till i'm on my feet again

well 2mro i get my stitches out and my boot off! i'll have to take it easy for a couple weeks but easy is better than sitting on ur butt for weeks on end!!! started to control my eating again baby steps but it's a start and after 2mro pedometer and goal of 10,000 steps a day!! whoo hooo!!! goals to make and hit!!!! have a gr8 day all!!!

well the last couple days were not good days for food, yesterday we drove across state to visit family in from tx and needless to say after 7 hrs of driving and cocktails, fast food as once we have drinks my family doesn't eat food they snack so no one has to cook then when it's time to come home rob & i are famished and get fast food again :-( then there's still some cookies from Christmas ....... ughhhhhh!! in the trash is where they will b after the w/e so rob better get his fill cause i ...

well the last 2 nites no exercise and about that i'm not too happy! been battling a lung infection that of course brought a horrendous cough with it to the point that i had to adjust my bed to an almost sitting position to sleep!! darn it!! i promised myself 150 min of movin' this wk and if i have to do it all in a 3 day w/e then i will!!! trying hard to get back into the logging and counting routine & it's coming along but not where i want it to be yet!! i have left work twice early this ...
