hi all!!! finally i got up 2 pics for b4 & after that show where i'v journied from!! lol!!! although i started ck at 289 i started trying to lose weight at 325 lbs!! when i showed my friend the site & my pic's she said they didn't really show how far i had come & she really wished i wd change them so i could b reminded how well i was doing!!

lol!! i had the hardest time
with pic's as i'v never resized a pic or used picture manager but i kno how now!!!
took 2 days to get it rite but finally i did!! my high weight was 326# that was in 2007-2008 & i wanted a pic from that point till now!! my friends i haven't run into recently are sooo surprised when they c me & i don't really c it so much. i lost 45 lbs over 3 yrs which was a chore & i gained bak 10 then i finally got both hips replaced & recovered enuff to ac...

yea!!! my first official weigh in after vacation & only up 4 lbs in 2 wks of decadence!!! i was sooo happy!! of course i went walking last nite!!! after the first day bak at work it was a struggle but i knew how important it is to get rite back on the horse soooo i went!!! thought i wd fall over!!! lol!!!! i'm glad i tried to be a least a little good on vacation or the weigh in could have made me cry......almost!! lmao!!! it seems once u get accustomed to eating better that u really don't wa...love hate vacation!!! lol!!!

well bak after 2 wks in jamaica & eating like an idiot!! lol!! i gained 6 lbs & don't even worry about it!! i just got bak on the horse 2day & kno it will come off just as the rest did!!! i want to hate myself for the indulgence but i don't!!! lmao!!! i'm sure some of u think i gave up after 2 wks out but was just on vacation!!! i had a gr8 time & my employees loved the trip we gave them but theirs was only 5 days!!! my niece got married while we were there & the wedding was ...
