ok laugh if u want but for me this is a major accomplishment......i only gained a single pound!! i had planned on logging but we had no internet in dominican republic except in the lobby which carrying the laptop to the top of the hill everyday to log was just not in the family agenda & rob & i had gone with his mom & sis. i did not worry too much but i didn't eat alot of candy as usual or eat alot of late night snacks which i do on vacations of past!! we walked a million flights of ...

omgosh ordered a grilled hickory chicken sandwich at denny's knowing may b a few more calories than i needed & when i looked it up today i wanted to shoot myself @ 900 calories for a frkn sandwich. it had onion rings on it & i figure mayb an extra 150 cal's but frkn 900 b4 the sides!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wth????????????? i hate some of the decisions i make in the food dept!! i wd never had thought in my wildest dreams that a grilled chicken sandwich.........even one with onio...

have been doing gr8 till the last 2 days & i have to get a grip. i always thought i wasn't an emotional eater but i think at times of extreme stress i can b. not on a daily or wkly basis but on occaison. our family has had a close member who since late last wk has been waiting to get a cancer diagnosis & prognosis. it either cd have been one of two types one of which was usually fatal so needless to say i'v been a little distracted. over the w/e i kept my mind bze riding my bike for clos...

we have tried 3 juices so far in what the book calls a 1 wk intro to juicing. says by the end of the wk a person wd have a good sample of juices. thankfully rob has taken the bull by the horns u cd say & each day i have awakened to a fresh juice & oatmeal for breakfast. i had up till this monday just had a protien shake wen i leave for work for time constraints & due to the fact that i don't like to eat & drive. then around 9 at work i wd eat something for a couple hundred calori...

well have been able to get back on track & i am thankful for that! we broke out the juicer rob got for Christmas & he has made a couple of gr8 juices already! lost 6 lbs of vacation wgt already & that i am also thankful! zumba kicked my butt & i did no exercise last nite. i was actually sore just from learning the step by step moves!!! lol!!! the people that make the dvd's kno how hard the step by step is cuz they even say "come u can do it, just a little more...etc etc!) lo...
