w/e b 4 last rob was really sick from vacation & i was just worn the heck out so we did NOTHING!! lol!! i mean nothing at all!! then as the wk progressed even though i had been taking echinnacea i got sick by thurs & spent the w/e fri, sat & sun in bed myself.......no exercise!!! i had done sooo well on vacation & then came home & sat on my butt for close to 2 wks now!!! dam dam dam!!!! soooo many reports to catch up on at work (more sitting) & have to go outta town this...

whooo hoooo!!!! conscious of wat i was eating on vacation??? the thought never occured to me!!! lmao!!!
that is just me!!! not this time.....although i did gain 3 lbs
for me that is a winning situation!!!
usually it is more & i don't even consider wat i'm eating!!
not this time & we were in a foodies heaven at incline vllg, lake tahoe!! several fab little chef owned euro...

lmao!!! i should b the size of kate moss by now according to my calculations!!!
i used to eat like crap...fettucini alfredo regularly, 15 or 20 shots on a nite out along with all the coke to mix & then the bar food before home, huge portions, cake & all kinds of treats all day long, candy bars i cd go on & on & on!! now i try to move alot more & eat well most of the time & i'm still fat!!!! dam it!!! lmao!!!! guess wen i was younger i was the hare......i cd lose 100 lb...

today was a good day for cal's & moving!! last nite, saturdays r my dessert nite, i have given up all the sugar treats i wd waste my daily calories on each day & i'm talking 300-500 calories a day outta 1500 cal's!!! although i wd stay within my cal's most days i wd b soooo hungry alllllll the time! i finally had to admit although i cd fit them in my calorie alotment they wd go as quickly as i wd eat them & i wd b hungry again with in the hr! i began trying oatmeal & yogurts, nut...Thursday, January 19th 2012
omgosh!! soo thankful than everyday gives us a new chance to get our self control in balance!!! i managed to walk 2 nites this wk already & my goal is 3 nites minimum of some type of extra moving!! i got my zumba dvd's & will b giving that a try in the a.m. also!! i kno if i get up everyday determined to do better it will happen with God's help.........however he helps those who help themselves sooooo, this is a joint effort for me & God to accomplish!! have a gr8 day!!! xoxo
