well it's been six more days since my last entry and i have eaten the meal plan every day and have walked the treadmill an hour a day everyday but one of the 9 since i started with the coach!! in such a short time i have more than doubled my ridiculously slow speed on the treadmill and still have kept my heart rate where i'm supposed to! i feel better than i have in over a yr! it hasn't been long but it seems very simple! hope everyone is feeling great and looking forward to tomorrow!! sweet dre...

get on track fitness....

well i met with the fitness and nutrition coach and he said some very interesting things to me that in all my years of trying to get fit and stay there i had never heard. he has a different thought on how we should feed our bodies and it seems like something i can do. he has 2 main rules if u want his help #1 we must eat 5-7 times a day and rule #2 u must eat every 2-3 hours and not a single second past 3 hours. if we don't commit to those two things he can't help. i sd heck that i can do! lol!!...

struggling......

it's so gr8 my dear sweet boyfriend has never once mentioned my weight in over 12 yrs! it has fluctuated with in 70 lbs and he is very supportive of all my get skinny ideas!! lol!! he himself lost well over 100 lbs 4 yrs ago and has gained back maybe 30 which he really needed as he just got too darn thin. whereas i gained all i lost 95 lbs!!!!!! he has gotten back to eating better but the other night he baked cupcakes out of nowhere and i have eaten them every day!!!! i try to resist but i give ...

i am trying to get back on the straight and narrow and have been eating so much better but it seems one or 2 days a wk i melt down to "sweetsville" ! still all in all have lost 2 lbs each of the last 2 wks so i will keep trying to do better and i'll get back on the ride!! i did ride my bike friday but saturday i spent entire day at the computer working and i mean allllllllllll day!! prob 9 hrs! my whole body hurt! well off to the office to decorate for the contest that starts 2mro!!! a...
