Food (yesterday): Not great, but couldve been worse. Had a calorie laden but tasty salad at lunch, and me the fam for dinner. Had fish, baked potato and broccoli with a few bights of Texas toast. Normally Id get a burger and fries, so what I got was a better choice. Trying to figure out when to do the next smoothie "cleanse" - I don't do it to cleanse but to dry out from carbs for a period of time. Food (yesterday): Okay, but ended up eating out for lunch. Skipped dinner (I know, probably not ideal, but didnt have the calories and wasnt hungry anyway).
Exercise: (this a.m.): Good elliptical, 25 minutes. Always feels so good after its done.
Sleep: (last night): Meh. Woke up multiple times to use the bathroom. Mustve been retaining water.

Food (yesterday): Good ate planned stuff.
Exercise: (this a.m.): None. Not good. I have a goal of at least 4 mornings a week and since I have class late on Thursday night, I usually discount Friday a.m. This week I will have to make it up.
Sleep: (last night): Good. Solid 7 hours.
Work (today): Okay. Small frustrations. I present to a large group this p.m. always makes me a bit nervous but it should be okay as Ive done the content before.

Food (yesterday): not great. Got McDonalds on the way to evening class. Need to not do that in the future.
Exercise: (this a.m.): Today, nothing yet (working from home, slept until just before the kids got on the bus which is unusual). Yesterday, good, short, weights. I am back into my mode of 20-25 minutes is better than nothing in order to make myself get out of bed and do it.
