Woot! Woot! Leave tomorrow for Sisters Trip!!
And, down 2.2 lbs this morning!! This time around, my weight is staying exactly the same for 10-14 days, then dropping, and then staying at the new weight for 10-14 days. At least that has happened the last few drops. I do prefer predictability, so I can live with this. I have reduced my calories pretty low (~1100 or less), which confirms my theory that my BMR is low. Ran 120 minutes yesterday - by "run" I mean 1 minute run, 1 walk. Ripple came with, and it was so nice - a treat really to have the time and mental space to do something like that. My knees and hips were sore yesterday but not this morning.
Down 1.2 measly lbs after a 9 day holding pattern. Its definitely better than nothing but OMG, trying to lose weigh in my 40s is a whole new ballgame.
Apparently the glycemic index is bogus? I haven't ever really used it, but interesting h...
