Significant mood swings. Not sure what is going on. Perhaps TOM, but I dont think so. Perhaps seasonal? I wish I knew, because I keep having the realization that I will never progress career-wise the way I want to if I cant manage my moods better. I have a little sticker at my desk that says R. and T.L.T. which means Relax and Think Long Term its supposed to be a reminder to me that nothing is worth getting excessively upset over. Okay - I'm INSANELY sore today. I woke up sore, took some ibuprophen, and did my second session of 30DS over lunch. My arms won't raise above my waist. It seems so lame that 20 minutes of exercise could do this to me. Apparently, I need it. I'll measure tomorrow morning to get my baseline.
