I'm feeding Will right now and he looks like a drunk turtle - stretching his neck and rolling his eyes. Its making me laugh. What a sweetie.Long talk with S last night - some of it good and some of it enlightening. Certain parts of our relationship that I thought were really good are not for him. We need to work on some things.
I need this break so desperately - if I could do it (rejuvinate, sleep, get away) with Will, I would, but since I can't really do those things with him I need...

Its 3:43am. Will actually slept from 10:30 until 3:30 - 5 hours, which isn't bad. I, of course, couldn't sleep that whole time - I simply can't imagine sleeping 8 hours in a row. Its mystiying to me that its even possible - that, in fact, some people do it every night.Will has such long eye lashes. I remember when he barely had any.
We had his 2 month appointment today - which means he had his first sets of shots. He cried so hard but then fell asleep so I ended up going to our baby/...

I haven't journaled (
Alicia!) for a while - my days seem to full to sit down and write.Will has changed since he and I got back from OK. I saw the change while I was there, but attributed it to too many people, etc. He is much fussier now. I imagine he's now like most babies - he was total angel for the first 2 months. I assume its a developmental thing - he's much more observant and is learing to express his preferences and they do not include laying down. So - lots of holding and walk...

I don't have much time to write right now - Will needs to wake up before he sleeps too long. I got home today - I spent 5 days in OKC with my family. My sister and grandma flew in, so we were full-up.A few good things - I got 2 hours of me time every day - besides S, I don't feel comfortable leaving Will with anyone except my mom and sister - and they were great. Will did well on the airplanes and I did well being his only parent for those days. I felt good - secure and confident in my rol...

Will has taken to loud "talking" and grunting in his sleep, which is very hard for me to ignore at night. I am awakened, lay there trying to judge what his talking and grunts are saying (dreaming, learning, pooping, boredom, hunger, etc.) and then I end up getting up, waking him up regardless of what he meant, and feeding him.
