View LYNNABEL's food & exercise for this day
Although the world is full of people with REAL problems, mine seem (at the moment) overwhelming to me, so I'm going to write them down in bullet format and hope that takes care of the need to vent without giving them too much air time.
-heartburn most days
-nausea (still) every morning
-traffic/rain/car
-cube farm layout of office (no privacy either for myself or FROM others)
-people who PROHIBIT their babies from learning sign
-people who think they are providing their babies with adequate stimulation by taking them on an outing. To the zoo. ONCE A YEAR.
-work culture (blame combined with my innate defensiveness)
-anxiety (close to debilitating)
-Will being sick (what if he has a seizure and I'm not there?)
-S still not himself (but trying so hard)
-my hair (just stupid)
-my title (inadequate, misleading, no where to go)
For later when I can focus:
-Speaking of Faith
-Baby's room
-Will's sentences

And why is hair stupid? Bad hair has shaped my entire being for weeks on end. Good hair makes me think I can conquer the world. The heartburn and nausea are what would send me over the edge, though. Hope that gets better, and SOON.

I know exactly where you are coming from...
 None of our issues by themselves are that tragic.......but, when combined together, all falling down at once, it IS soo overwhelming.... And, you are pregnant.... How is your blood pressure???

Hummmm......I like your list! Tends to put everything in perspective doesn't it? Prehaps it would help to break it down in to things you can do something about now, things that you can try to change, things that you can't do anything about but can learn to deal with, and things that you can't personally change (they will always bug you). Dorothy....PS! My hair is on my list of issues, too!

Oh, stop it. There's always going to be someone out there who has it 'worse'. Should I not be upset about my (mild) asthma because there are people out there who are incapacitated by it?
 Your problems are just as valid, and even more so at times because they are happening to YOU. If I was sick to my stomach every morning and had heart burn on top of it, I'd be pretty unhappy too, even without everything else on your list!
 I hope the day gets better.
