I have so much to write about but no time. I just wanted to stop by with one thing - it isn't often that life hands you such a satisfying vindication of having taken the high road, but it happened to me. I was on a business trip with my new supervisor earlier this week and over the course of a few days she told me that before working with me she had had no idea how much I did, how compenent I was, how warm a person I am, and that she has gone to each person she said unkind things about me to and has retracted her words. I know. And? I'm getting an office. For a variety of political reasons, its huge that I'm getting an office. And? I'm really enjoying working with my new supervisor - I'm getting exposed to new things and it has just been really effective so far.
I maintained my weight during the trip which was good. I didn't each very well, but I got in exercise each day which isn't something I've been able to do on previous trips.
Hopefully I can catch up more later.
