View LYNNABEL's food & exercise for this day
Food (yesterday): not great. Got McDonalds on the way to evening class. Need to not do that in the future.
Exercise: (this a.m.): Today, nothing yet (working from home, slept until just before the kids got on the bus which is unusual). Yesterday, good, short, weights. I am back into my mode of 20-25 minutes is better than nothing in order to make myself get out of bed and do it.
Sleep: (last night): Good after I fell asleep which took a while. Got home at 10:15, and it took me a while to calm my energies enough to go to bed, and then a while to fall asleep. I think I may have the start of a cold. The kids always get sick the first weeks of school so I bet I got it from them. Sipped hot apple cider vinegar this morning as that has helped in the past.
Work (today): Very nice to be able to work from home today. Having thoughts about how to refresh / reboot my role. Gonna mull on it.
The rest of Life: Very good news I passed the MPRE! Thats the ethics portion of the bar (that you can take early). One item off the list. Also, have a nice list of people to network with. Im wanting to explore work as an attorney vs as a professional with a JD, which isnt something I had planned. Its nice to be advanced enough in my career and not shy about meeting potential connection so that I feel its really worthwhile. And in the legal and compliance community, there are lots of great women willing to help.
