View LYNNABEL's food & exercise for this day
Ran 120 minutes yesterday - by "run" I mean 1 minute run, 1 walk. Ripple came with, and it was so nice - a treat really to have the time and mental space to do something like that. My knees and hips were sore yesterday but not this morning.
Down 1.2 measly lbs after a 9 day holding pattern. Its definitely better than nothing but OMG, trying to lose weigh in my 40s is a whole new ballgame.
Apparently the glycemic index is bogus? I haven't ever really used it, but interesting how everything that was "right" eventually seems to become "wrong."

Long run/walk.

i just lowered my calories and entered in a 1 1/2 pound a week weight loss into Fitbit and my diary, and barely doing a pound, if that. ONe day when I didn't get any exercise in my fitbit subtracted calories from my diary to make it 1000 for the day. I can't do that.
I'm interested in why you say the glycemic index is bogus.

Holy cow, 120 minutes! That is a long time to do 1/1 run/walk. Glad Ripple can still keep up! Isn't she getting to be a middle-aged pooch now?
