View LYNNABEL's food & exercise for this day
First day back at work.
Had a wonderful time in Punta Cana with my sister - we were insanely lazy and didn't leave the resort. And practically didn't leave the pool and beach. It was perfect. I could have used another day or two.
Some damage weight-wise. Back up about 1.5 lbs, but not too bad considering. I have work trip tomorrow through Thurs to San Diego, and I know the food will be good. But, I'll do my best to keep it reasonable, and then I will continue my push to get back closer to 135. I was only mildly horrified by the vacation pictures, which is progress for me. I can tell I've been doing push ups (modified) daily.
Did another long run/walk yesterday - Ellie biked with me. Felt so good - weather was perfect. My hip and knee are a bit sore, but otherwise good. I wonder if I should try glucosamine.

Despite the title and some rough language the basic premise is to let go of what isn't important and focus on what is. That by letting go (not giving a f*ck) we actually open ourselves up to being better. That's the Cliff Notes description.

I take glucosamine for my running and I swear it helps. It doesn't take everything away like the arthritis in my hip but it keeps my knees from complaining.
