Yipee! 134 today at check in! Could've even been 133.5, but I can't really tell .5lbs on my scale, so we'll call it 134. Progress, thy name is Lynn!
Give my days away on Wednesday pm through Saturday am, I am sticking very close to 1200 until then. This week I ate 1200 when it wasn't too painful, and 1300 when I needed a bit more, and yesterday I even at 1470. So, I'm not being drastic, but its working.
Thank goodness. Didn't know what I was going to do if the scale showed no loss.

Work today has been pretty bad. But! I am handling it well. It is not eating me alive. It did for a bit, but now I'm fine. I think that is progress. In the past, it would've sent me into a dark mood and I would've questioned myself and everything else in the universe. Today, the problems bothered me, but I rode out the feelings, thought a bit analytically about them and rode them out. I think this is progress.
I am thrilled is Thursday, and I can't wait for the weekend. I need sleep.

I have a strange, fluttery feeling in my stomach, as if something big is going to happen. This feeling is very disconcerting because usually nothing big happens but to hear my stomach the world is falling off its axis.
Ive been so happy the past few days or so. I love it. Im not acknowledging the thought that it will end soon Im just going to enjoy being so happy. And perhaps I can resist analyzing it

I had another eyeliner orgasm dream last night. What is with the eyeliner?

I lean forward into my mirror to put on eyeliner, and...there I go! Mmmm. What a wonderful way to wake up.
No major dramas today, or yesterday, for that matter. Yesterday morning I took Ripple out first thing around 6:20am and the moon was just beautiful - a perfect 1/2 moon, with a ring around it that looked like a very faint rainbow. So pretty.

Checked in today and I didn't lose anything - 135 again. I was upset for a bit and then slowly I started to accept it, noting two things - first, I had 4 days of 2000 cal plus eating on Thursday - Sunday, with Monday through Friday being 1200 - so, most likely I just ofset the damage done around Christmas. Secondly, I have my period and I'm very puffy so I assume I'm retain at least some water.
Onwards. I am going to try to do one more week of 1200 and then return to 1300. I think. The prob...
