Quick note for those of you interested – I got my T-Tapp DVD yesterday and used it today. First of all, the sequence and repetition of the ‘workout’ I’d been doing were much faster on the DVD, which made sense since it was taking me 20-15 minutes to complete vs 15 when done with the DVD. There were a few subtleties I hadn’t picked up from the book, so it was helpful to have the DVD. Definitely worth it. My heart rate was generally in the 69%-70% range most of the time, so it was a decent ae...

I am going to steal 15 minutes for a few notes.

Am emotionally weighed down with the increasingly soul-crushing experience that is my work life. It wouldn't been so bad if I felt confident that all the issues weren't my doing. Will is 5 today. I join the endless ranks of mothers before me who simply can’t believe it is possible. I rejoice in Will – his spirit, his sensitivity, his intelligence, the love in his smile, his generosity. He is a gift to the world, but beyond that, he pricelessly precious to me.

I did the 15 Minute routine again this morning. My legs and hips feel so sore. The routine took about 25 minutes this time. I imagine it flows more smoothly the longer you practice it. I found a few of the moves online, but not all of them. I can't find that Teresa Tapp even has a DVD available with just the 15 Minute routine on it. Seems strange that that wouldn't be available.

I don't think it is related, but I am having some tenderness in my lower abdomen. Not cramping, so I don't think...

I did what was supposed to be the 15 minute T-Tapp routine, but it took me over 30 to complete. My heart never really elevated beyond 60% but I can barely move my legs right now so obviously I was using my body differently.

It was VERY challenging because I kept having to break the pose to read the next step. Following this via book isn't easy. The book's format is not user-friendly for following the steps. I'm going to keep at it, but DVD help is going to probably be worth the cost sometim...
