(very short/quick update)
My version of Callies 25 to Christmas is this:
**12.2lbs to Christmas, or ~1 lb per week**
Starting weight:
142.2 (well over 10lbs since my low this summer agh).
Starting measurements:
C: 38.25; W: 31.25; H: 38; T: 21.75 (again, all up since lows of this summer).
Workout Goal:
4 per week and 2 Ripple-walks.
Calories:
Monday thru Friday: gross 1200-1300
Saturday: Free but logged.
Sunday: Gross 1300-1400.
Will tweak as necessary.
Ultimate Goal:
FIGURE OUT HOW TO MAINTAIN. FOR THE LOVE OF COURTNEY'S POGO STICK.

Your plan sounds excellent and totally doable. I've loved adding yoga to my workouts. I will do 30 min on the treadmill and 20 min yoga sessions that I downloaded from yogadownload.com. They have all kinds of 20 min sessions you can download for free. If you want to purchase longer sessions, I think they are $4 at most. Have fun with your class!!

Excellent challenge! If you figure out the ultimate goal, let us know. You could finance your whole retirement with knowledge like that!

PLEASE don't tell me it's only 12 weeks to Xmas. I don't want to know that. But your goals sound reasonable, & I hope you succeed in meeting them! The Ultimate Goal is, of course, the really tough one--but there must be a solution out there somewhere!
