View LYNNABEL's food & exercise for this day
Week 2 of Callie's Countdown:
Lost 3.6 lbs, which was an absolute relief. Some of it was water weight from TOM, but some of it was legit.
Measurements the same or down.
Met calorie goals within about 10 calories all 6 days.
Worked out all 4 days.
No dog walks. Just not happening with the new schedule.
No yoga class this week as it was canceled.
Feeling much more in control.
So, 10 weeks to go and 8.6 lbs to go. Definitely doable if I remain focused. Will need to plan for Thanksgiving, but that's a bit aways. Also, need to plan for some work travel.
Have the kids by myself this weekend - Steve is seeing a friend's band play to the south of the cities and staying over night. So glad he's doing that. The kids have been great so far, so we're enjoying ourselves. Maybe we'll try the park later since its it is a gorgeous fall day here - brisk with blue sky and white clouds and red, orange, and yellow trees.

My "swing weight" is a five pound range within which I've been maintaining for a couple of years (148-153). Now I'm about 5 pounds heavier than the top of the range, which makes me cranky with myself. I thought I had things pretty well under control!
:scream2: Even the low end of the "swing" wasn't quite goal, but I was pretty comfortable in there. Sigh.

I've been meaning to stop by here to say that 3.6 lbs. ROCKS
:rock1: & your remaining goal does sound totally doable. // I really don't think one Marlboro Ultralight pushed me over the edge.
:laugh5: But ... ahhhh, just writing that made me want another one.
:rolling1: Are you still staying away from the chronic-lung-disease sticks yourself?

Way to go on the weight loss Lynn! You can totally do this! ~ He will work with me to recommend a new trainer but I am sooo sad about losing him! I'm sure I'll get over it, and I'm thrilled for him, but it feels like a break-up that I never wanted to happen!

Congrats on the loss--and even more on the consistency! You're rockin' it. Hope you and the kids had a lovely weekend together. I'd love to come see the gorgeous trees!

Yep, Gnaw Bone, Indiana, home of the Brown County flea market extravaganzas. They might as well live *in* the state park, except for the pass gate and the tour traffic.
