As if the timing couldn't possible be worse (no matter how protected I am by law, hiring a person who couldn't start work for another 4 months is asking a lot), I have a job interview on Wednesday that I'm doing a bit of actual lusting for. Too long to go into now, but wish me well, and I'll update shortly.

omg, good luck! you never know, some jobs take a while to develop.
:blush4: you know you don't have to stay where you are until baby-day... and the maternity leave is a non-issue. you can pitch it as "I'll learn everything I can up until leave, and then when I get back I'll hit the ground running." good luck good luck good luck!
